The frontal area has been partitioned in an interesting way by means of curve transformation in 3 directions.

Note: You buy the designs and specify the required dimensions for front panel.We can customize the size of 3d model to suit your UPS back cover housing, within 3 working days. We'll then release the 3d model in whatever suitable format your die maker like to have, which can be converted to core and cavity part by any mold maker and then the model can be fed into CNC machine.If you can provide details of required snap joints, we can incorporate the same in chosen front panel design at no cost.

After buying the design, If you would like to customize a particular design other than size, then you can contact us for the quote. Our quotes will be ranging from 10% to 70% of the cost of chosen design.

What we'll be giving you is a part model and any die maker will be in a position to convert them into core and cavity part by adding various allowances etc...
