All our designs are made with due importance to plastic mold making, part design constraints and can be converted into core and cavity part by any mold maker by adding mold allowances and then the model can be fed into CNC machine. Uniform wall thickness, rib design criteria, drafts, suitable radii (to enable die makers to use standard cutters in die machining), No undercuts(Except for snap locations - depending on the client's requirement), stiffness are some of the features incorporated in the part design. All our deisgns have undergone feasibility analysis for Die-Making.

We can customize the size of 3d model to suit your UPS back cover housing within 3 working days.
We'll then release the 3d model in whatever suitable format your die maker like to have, which can be converted to core and cavity part by any mold maker and then the model can be fed into CNC machine.
After buying the design, If you would like to customize a particular design other than size, then you can contact us for the quote. Our quotes will be ranging from 10% to 70% of the cost of chosen design.
